Body odour is a very common embarrassing health problem that can be caused by obesity, eating very spicy foods, your genetics and not by bathing regularly with soap.

Self help treatment: It can be managed by bathing regularly to remove natural bacteria from the skin. For those who are fat or obesed, you wash and towel-dry all your skin folds and under breast if you have large breasts in the case of women. Use deodorants and anti bacteria bathing soaps. You can also use prickly heat powder before going to bed. If your condition does not improve see your doctor.
